At Leisure Installs, we provide our customers with expert outdoor recreation equipment assembly specializing in the "you buy, we install" products purchased from retailers like Costco, Sam's Club, or Amazon. Our model is different from other similar businesses. We do not hire subcontractors to perform our work. We hire quality employees! Leisure Installs is an authorized retailer for Backyard Adventures and Swing Kingdom playsets with a showroom in North Phoenix and a warehouse in Tolleson. We also retail AlleyOOP & JumpSport trampolines along with Goalrilla and Silverback basketball goals. We are a quickly growing, family-owned business. We are looking for Full Time Installers to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the installation and assembly of do-it-yourself consumer-rated backyard products for homes (playsets, basketball goals, trampolines, pergolas, gazebos, and sheds). Assembly services also include the installation of playsets, trampolines, safety surface materials, and basketball goals sold by Leisure Installs. Most of the work is performed outdoors and may include the following: Digging and pouring concrete footers Supporting playground/area surfaces such as spreading mulch and/or rubberized surfaces Pressure washing and staining playset equipment Responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand, within our warehouse or jobsite to include lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling and etc. in a safe and efficient manner. Commercial playground assembly and installation help to lead crew person POSITION REQUIREMENTS Training will be available. Candidate must have a good attitude, be professional and be a team player. Job consists of using hand tools, power tools, driving around the Phoenix Metro area to job sites. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and familiar with using a dolly You must have reliable transportation to get to the job site or starting location in North Phoenix. Background check and pre-employment drug screen is required.
