Yes, you can register them (in AKC) as a Companion, but only after proof of Spay or Neuter. These types of sellers are lying to you!! Please research dog breeds and pick one that fits your lifestyle. Don’t go by how “cute” the puppy is or how popular the breed may be. Please don’t support back yard breeders trying to profit off of a trend. It won’t be good for you or the dog.
