Title: Cookieista Company Description: The mission of Baker’s Dozen Cookies is to become the first premium cookie brand to offer customers the opportunity to customize their own batch by choosing the dough & mix-ins. We also make a limited & dynamic menu of unique house flavors that we refer to as “artisanal cookies with attitude”. Baker’s Dozen (B13, for short) is committed to making each customer their next favorite cookie, whether it’s our recipe or theirs. We pride ourselves on our adult, humorous edge while ensuring a welcoming & fun experience for the whole family. Where else can you get a cookie made with brown butter dough that’s rested two days before being hand-blended with Belgian semi-sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate peanut butter cups & natural peanut butter, then topped with flaked sea salt? And it's called Peaz Nutz!? (If you don’t get the reference, you can probably stop reading here.) B13 is a woman-owned company that’s growing from a cottage food operation to a commercial one. Hiring the right person(s) at this early stage is particularly critical because, ideally, they would become part of the foundational team that helps lead, support & build the company ahead of the rapid growth that is anticipated.
