Description
Part time handyman/caretaker needed for 10 senior apartments in Phillips. Schedule is very flexible and can work around another job. Hours are up to 12 hour depending on time of the year. Responsible for janitorial of common area, lawn care, snow removal, common area maintenance, resident maintenance, and vacant turnover. Must have valid drivers license, own hand tools. Should have general maintenance experience. $18 an hour, please send resume or letter with contact information.
