Private Band Rehearsal Space Available

We are a professional band that has a large, comfortable rehearsal space that we would like to share. We find having our own space is better than one of those commercial rental spots with all their rules and restrictions. Our band rehearses on Thursday evening. We are looking for another band that would like to take one, or two other nights of the week. Or maybe a weekend spot. We are open to ideas, although rehearsal times must be after 6pm M-F. There would be access to a Pearl 5 piece drum set with two crashes, a ride, a splash - all Zildjian Custom A - great sound for recording. We would make other equipment available such as a mixing board, amps, subs etc. for the right fit. Or you can bring your own stuff in. We are on the second floor but right next to the elevator. Easy in and out. The unit also has its own private bath as well as a fridge. The building is location less than a mile off of Rt.93 in Wilmington. Admittedly this is a new idea we are posting to gauge interest. So we are open to your thoughts. We are asking for $300 per month, all inclusive.
