My daughter and I are looking for a part time energetic, happy, creative young woman that would help us with 3 girls (my granddaughters) under age 5 and in our businesses. Our businesses include 8 Airbnb rental houses, a crochet business, and a vintage clothing business. We already have a part time helper who has been with us for over 15 years. We need more help!! We are looking for someone with Patience and kindness.... Creativity and imagination.... Energy and endurance.... Understanding of social and emotional needs....Organization and attention to detail.... Adaptability.... You must be….loyal, experienced, hardworking and love working with children. You must be honest and trustworthy and have impeccable references. Hours can be flexible. 20-30 hours per week. Sometimes you can work remotely on business stuff. Pay starts at $13 per hour. Job requires a background check, great references and drug testing.
