Acreage Gardener, seasonal part-time

This position is seasonal, part-time, Monday through Friday from mid-March to late November, possibly into December. 3 years experience preferred We are looking for someone with a passion for gardening and good attention to detail. Duties would include flowerbed cleanup, including raking, picking up dry foliage, and loading in the trailer. Must also have knowledge and experience in planting and caretaking trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals. The right candidate will also have skills in running chainsaws, string and blade trimmers, and riding lawnmowers. Applicant must: *Have good communication skills and be presentable *Be a self-starter with good time management skills *Be drug-free *Be willing to work in outdoor elements for 5-6 hours a day. *Work requires bending and lifting *Be able to work with owners, as well as individually *Be able to lift 50+ lbs. *Must have all COVID-19 vaccinations *Requires a driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work Work hours are generally from 7 AM to 3:00 PM. On colder days, work may begin later and end later. On Rain or Snow days, there may be no work. This position is seasonal with incentives to return the following year. As the season begins in mid-March, we will start later in the morning and end later in the day. It all depends on the temperature.
