This general repairs and grounds position is responsible for performing general maintenance consistent with the preventative maintenance program as instructed by the Environmental Services Director. Full-time, benefit eligible position. 80 hours per two-week pay period. OR Part-time day/evening position. 16 hours per two-week pay period. The Fountains at Hosanna is located in Lakeville, Minnesota on the campus of Hosanna Lutheran Church. Located one mile west of I-35 we are near shopping, clinics, services, and the culture of the Twin Cities metro area. We offer Independent/Assisted Living as well as Memory Care. Responsibilities/Job Description Repairs and maintains work orders for residents' individual living apartment homes and community spaces -Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment -Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment -Apartment turnovers Qualifications -One to three years previous experience in a similar environment -Vocation/Technical training preferred -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Desire to work with older adults Please Apply
