Seeking a hard working individual with great organizational skills, trustworthy, a multitasker, can work independently and under supervision. Job duties include scheduling maintenance, extensive knowledge plumbing, extensive knowledge of electrical, interior and exterior wall and wood repair, roof repairs, toilet and sink repairs, ceilings, painting etc.... all that is needed to repair and set up an apartment for renting. This is a 216 unit apartment complex and we need a very skilled maintenance person. Must be able to pass a background and fingerprinting. Must also be able to work weekends and holidays. Spanish speaking is a plus
