Superior Synthetic Grass and Turf is currently seeking a crew member to assist all phases of project activity. You must be willing to learn installation processes through on the-job training. Must be highly organized, self-motivated and possess great work ethic. Responsibilities: • Work closely with supervisor and team members to assist all aspects of the installation process. Including, but not limited to, base prep, edging, measuring, cutting, securing, and seaming. • Open communication with crew supervisor on job progress, issues, and opportunities. • Operate and maintaining heavy equipment including, skid loaders, tillers, trenchers, and related equipment in support of synthetic turf projects • Keep work area safe and orderly • High degree of physical activity and must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions • Must show high level of professionalism at all times Requirements: • Valid Texas Driver’s License (not required but a plus) • Excellent attendance record, reliable • Fast learner, fast paced, hard worker • Irrigation experience (not required, but a plus) • Physically capable to assist with installations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction • Excellent organizational/planning skills, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lift 50lbs frequently throughout the day • Must successfully complete background check, drug test and E-Verification Additional requirements: • Landscaping and carpet laying experience • Basic math skills • Bilingual (not required, but a plus) Compensation: Hourly rate $14-$16/ hour (dependent on experience) Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • PTO
