Metal Fabrication Department Plasma Operator: - Trained in the setup and operation of the plasma machine - Familiar with all safety features of the plasma and safe operating practices - Capable of understanding burn requirements and access burn files - Capable of selecting the proper size and gauge steel sheet to burn - Must be physically capable of loading steel sheets onto the plasma table - Capable of recognizing inefficient burn patterns and report to supervisor - Must be able to sort fabricated parts by assembly onto skids for further processing - Must be production and quality oriented and meet efficiency metrics - Must be able to troubleshoot minor machine problems and minimize down time - Responsible for performing or coordinating preventive maintenance on the machine (exhaust fans, cleaning table and ducts, changing tips, etc.) - Willing to assist press brake operators as helpers as needed Tear Down Laborer: - Must be capable of operating small hand tools such as saws all, screw guns, etc. for the purpose of dismantling roof top air conditioning units - Must be trained in safety policies and safe practices for dismantling units - Must be physically capable of lifting HVAC components up to 50 lbs - Must properly collate motors, compressors, piping, coils, etc. as directed - Must follow directions well and meet production quotas Apply in person between 9am and noon AES Reclaim 14325 Mount Lola Reno, NV 89325
