2012 BMW 5-series bumper & headlamp removal

Looking for auto mechanic familiar with BMW F10. I have a 2012 BMW 550i that needs to have the left headlamp removed - which requires removing front bumper. Even better if you are comfortable with replacing the lens of the headlamp. I have the parts.
