Lead guitarist, bassist and drummer seeking a easy on the eyes female singer for gigging in our cover band. The ability to play rhythm guitar or keyboards is a plus! All flakes and head hunters need not apply! (*NOTE* If you hit us up, the first thing we'll ask is what Saturday you can come out for a jam session, so be prepared and not weirded out!) We feel that if we had an attractive female singer we could make money hand over fist! We've collectively have multiple assured gigs, and a great handful of leads to follow up on and favors to call in, (two of us worked at local bars, and know where the bodies are buried, as it were. Lol jk), we just need a (preferably) front woman. We play pop punk/alt rock from the mid to late 90's to the mid 2000's - when we started this project, we all agreed that we didn't really want to play things like pop or country, but then the very next thing we said was that if we could find this unicorn, we play whatever she wanted! Lol We're three friends that have decided to start playing music in a cover band for fun and money! We're all in our late 30's, with families and day jobs. We practice at least once a week at the drummers house in Granite City, on most Saturdays, the time is negotiable; the day is not! We play covers of the following acts: Weezer, Blink 182, Green Day, Lit, The White Stripes, Nirvana, The Foo Fighters, Jimmy Eat World, Sum 41, The Offspring, Sublime, ect. - while none of these groups are female fronted acts, we will build the set list around your strengths, range, ect. We will play what you want. While we are looking for a female vocalists, male vocalists can still hit us up! Just keep in mind that we'd like the singer to be a lady, but a singer is better than no singer at all I supposse.... If any of this sounds like something you'd be interested in please hit us up!!!
