MANHATTAN, IL — The Will County Ad Hoc CARES Act Funding committee has allocated over $33,000,000 of its overall CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) to government entities within Will County including the Village of Manhattan, according to a recent report. Manhattan will get over $320,000 that can be used on a reimbursement basis for expenses related to preventing the spread of the coronavirus, which will be allocated by Cities and Villages.
