We are looking for 5 participants who are interested in renewable energy, to help test the clarity of our website. We want to ensure that our sign-up process for our community solar program is clear and understandable to our users. In this 30 minute informal interview, we will ask you to react to a series of screens. Upon completion of the interview we will send a $20 digital amazon gift card to your email address. This informal interview will take 30 minutes. This interview will take place on zoom (digital). We will ask you to share your screen, and we will ask to record your screen and voice throughout the interview. These recordings are used internally and will never be shared publicly.
