Insulation Installer Position Efficiency Revolution, LLC is hiring an Insulation Installer Technician. Be part of a dedicated team of home energy specialists! Learn about home energy efficiency while reducing energy-related pollution. This position is responsible for sealing air leaks and the safe installation of insulation in attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements of homes. Drive a company truck to job sites around the metro area, as far north as Superior and Boulder, and as far south as Centennial. Most jobs are closer to Golden/Arvada. Benefits for Full Time Employees: $23/hr and up, depending on experience. $500 bonus after 90 days. $1/hr bonus for every hour worked between June 1st and September 30th. Opportunities for raises if you are a fast and thorough worker, dependable and punctual. Medical insurance: (50% paid) after 90 days, 100% after 1 year (employee only). 6 Paid Holidays after 90 days. Paid Time Off up to 5 days in the first year. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates must possess a valid Colorado drivers license in good standing. No major driving violation in the past 3 years. Must be able to pass background and Motor Vehicle Report. Must want to and be able to interact with the public. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a weatherization team. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be available to work Mondays through Fridays. Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19. Wear N95, KN95 masks, or respirators as needed. The work requires crawling and crouching. Basic knowledge of how to use hand and power tools is a plus. Must have good balance, and able to fit through small openings into attic spaces and crawl spaces Must be able to lift 32lb bags of insulation, and occasionally lift up to 100lbs No tattoos on face or neck Please apply if you are a hard worker with a great work ethic and attitude.
