What we do: • Offer a recycling drop-off site to the public where we accept 20+ hard-to-recycle items • Collection and disassembly of electronic waste – the fastest growing waste stream on the planet • Provide job coaching and supervision to individuals who have intellectual/developmental Disabilities • Provide our workers with opportunities to give back and gain further job skills through volunteer work The position(s) we are seeking: Community Specialist This position provides mentoring and supervision to individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) while they volunteer at local non-profits. The purpose of this work is to facilitate greater community connection and a broadening of job skills for individuals that work at our recycling facility.
