We are currently looking for dependable and experienced commercial janitorial sub-contractors in the Denver area Pay varies by size and frequency of service and contractors experience level but usually averages around $ 25.00 per hour To qualify you must have: 1.) An actual business name. 2.) General Liability Insurance If you have employees, you must have workers compensation insurance We currently have the following opportunities: We have a job near I-70 and Central Park Blvd that pays $ 1600.00 per month. We have a second facility near I-70 and Steele Street that is smaller and pays $ 900.00 per month. We are open to hiring one good contractor for both facilities if interested.
