Description
We are currently seeking a Coffee/Water Equipment Field Service Tech to provide technical support for our coffee and water filtration equipment. You will be primarily in the field making repairs at customer locations. This full-time opportunity would suit a qualified candidate wishing to build a technical career within the Business Services industry. You will be responsible for the maintenance, installation, support and servicing of our coffee and water equipment as well as providing technical advice. You'll become an integral part of the field technical support team and a valued support to our customers.
Ideally you will have experience in the repair of coffee equipment and a passion for problem solving and troubleshooting. A trade background is preferable and general experience in plumbing and electrical is an advantage.
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as a part of a team
Understands importance of meeting deadlines and commitments
Must be able to work typical schedule of 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts, including early morning hours
