Hello I am a 33 yr old Native American male. I am diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder Bipolar Type 1 I am also sober from alcohol 4 years. I maintain a program of sobriety. I take medications and participate in weekly visits with a therapist and monthly visits with psychiatrist. I am looking to share my story in an effort to destigmatize mental illness.
