BIG BAND kEYBOARDIST NEEDED

We are a community service "Big Band", established in 2017 and located in the central Dallas area. All members are unpaid volunteers. Our goals are: 1) to provide music to charitable and community groups or organizations who ordinarily would not have access to the entertainment we provide and 2) to maintain and improve our musicianship. We are looking for a Keyboardist to share duties with our current keyboardist on a biweekly or bimonthly basis. We rehearse Monday evenings, weekly, in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. Our membership is composed of musicians from their 20's to their 80's from all over the DFW area. We play Jazz, Swing, Latin and Latin Jazz, We have an extensive "book" with arrangements by Wolpe, Tomaro, Holmes, Lesser, to name a few. You must be 21 or older and have a minimum skill level of strong intermediate. If interested, please rely to this post in we'll arrange for you to sit in at a rehearsal to see if we're a fit for you.
