We are hiring for three (3) main tasks. Please read the ENTIRE list below before responding with quote. 1.) Exterior pressure washing on siding. We have some stains on siding (looks like some stain from shutter paint) and would like suggestions on how it can be removed. Please see attached photo. 2.) Re-painting of metal overhang of roof (black metal roof paint required). Photo included of the area. 3.) Window casing/trim replaced on FIVE windows. The windows are all currently encased in wood that is rotting. We need the casing re-done in PVC. Photos of windows (4 large and 1 small) included. Please send approximate quote that includes ALL items listed above. We can supply materials OR you can include in quote. Messages without full quotes will be deleted.
