Back then we complained about the gas prices. But we followed the facts and found out it was the oil companies that control the oil and gas prices. No matter what party holds the presidency they have no power over the oil companies. Once gas and oil prices goes up everything else follows. People like you and me could solve this, if we all just worked together. Back then the company's made huge profits as they still do today. Now they make the plastic we pollute this world with. Back then we fought them and as a country, and in some ways succeeded. Are they even paying taxes today? They are the Goliaths! Any ideas?
