General labor (maintenance, construction, handyman) Job Responsibilities: Assist the core project team with a variety of laborer tasks. Manual labor, construction, demolition, rehab, maintenance, repair, flooring, tile, bathrooms, kitchens, drywall, stucco, and other handyman tasks. Work under the direction of the project supervisor to ensure the job gets done on time and within budget. Enjoys getting their "hands dirty" and seeing a customer's project come to life. Requirements include: Ability to do physical labor and other physical tasks Knowledge of hand and power tools Effective communication skills with ability to work with a team Ability to pass background check and drug screening test
