Description
MERRIMACK, NH — Police received multiple 911 calls after an accident on Naticook Road in Merrimack Friday.
Initial calls had conflicting information about a vehicle which rolled over around 8 p.m. and some which indicated it was a motorcycle accident.
When Merrimack Fire Rescue arrived, they found a single vehicle with heavy damage, with an injured passenger. The driver did not appear to have any physical injuries. Firefighters transported one person to a Nashua hospital with what appeared to be non life-threatening injuries.
The vehicle, which was traveling Naticook Road, appears to have struck a utility pole, a stone wall, and a mailbox. The vehicle came to rest in the opposite lane of travel.
Merrimack police were interviewing the driver at the scene and appeared to begin a roadside field sobriety test. Police also closed the road for the investigation.
Merrimack NH Patch will update if more information becomes available.
