Mixed Female Dog Rehome

My husband and I run a rescue. We got this mixed puppy when she was 3 months old. She will be one next month. Unfortunately she is a hyper dog and every time we rehomed her they returned her due to her being hyper. She does well with other animals and cats. We are in the process of getting her updated shots. She is not fixed as yet. We do require paperwork signed. There is a small Rehome fee. We use this to help continue our rescue and foster animal care. We are not sure what her breed is.
