I am an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, the most renowned certification available.
I will write up a personalized training program from scratch based on speaking with you and learning what your wants and goals are for training. Whether you just want to lose a couple pounds and get the body you’ve always dreamed of. I will be with you every step of the way.
These can be a one time session lasting anywhere from 20-70mins, or weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc. it’s all catered to what your goals and priorities are.
We can meet virtually or in person. This is meant to make you feel comfortable.
