Schedule your own hours - we need done 6 days per week - approximately 3 hours per day -includes the following: Taking out the trash Sweep and mop floors Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers Wipe mirrors and windows Cleaning lobby entrance and office area Cleaning laundry area Maintain outer premises (side yard)- picking up trash Utilize insecticides to prevent infestation by dangerous pests Report damages, maintenance requests to main office Undertake occasional tasks (shoveling snow from the sidewalk, keeping dumpsters clear of snow)
