Looking for experienced handyman (20+ years) who has spare time in Bergen County to perform minor works at home in Norwood NJ. Hours/Times are very flexible and I am looking for someone that can work with me to do some minor repairs/upgrades. Jobs include minor repairs around the house...I can list some here... Not looking to do it all and do not expect to find one that has experiences in all. - Minor electrical work (c-wiring for Nest), lighting installations - Minor repairs of drywall/paint jobs - Furniture restoration - Yard work: some experiences with landscaping - Roof cleaning, minor driveway repairs - Minor plumbing job - pipe replacement, toilet replacement, water pressure sensor replacement - garage/backyard upgrades - ideas welcome Not looking for expensive contractors or someone that is looking for project based pay. Looking for someone that is flexible with hours, have been doing quality projects for many years and that can also teach me throughout the year with reasonable pay.
