The tech industry in America is quickly becoming one of the sector's with the most diverseness out of any field. The Latin American Summit is happy to announce Paola Medinas and Kimberly Marreros, two women of indigenous-Latinx descent working at Microsoft. Paola hails from Bolivia and Kimberly from Peru, both will discuss their journey to their position at Microsoft and the activism work they do within the indigenous community, DREAM's Coalition, and their own personal experience of internalized racism.
