For Casting Crowns Concert on Friday March 25th at Mabee Center in Tulsa For Casting Crowns Concert on Friday March 25th at Mabee Center in TulsaHere’s where the fun begins! Event Staffing requirements: Must be at least 18 years old TWO great opportunities to help! Opportunity #1 Help concert crew set up merch: Must arrive by 9:45AM and check in at glass doors on WEST side of building (side facing Walmart). Must be able to do some lifting and able to stand for a period of time. Please please please do not arrive late. If you signed up for BOTH opportunities, remember to be back at time indicated below. Opportunity #2 Help concert crew with merch: Must arrive by 5:43PM and check in at MAIN lobby on NORTH side of building. Remember to allow time to find parking. Must be able to stand for a period of time. You must plan to stay until released by your section leader - usually 1 to 1 1/2 hours after show end. Please please please do not arrive late. Other important informationFree parkingPlease dress comfortably.You will get into the venue at no charge, but food and parking are on your own.While we would love for everyone to be in his/her dream position, please come with a servant's heart and be willing to help where needed. Our team will work hard to help ensure you get to see as much of the show as possible, but please remember you are on site to help work and make the event a success. Seating is not guaranteed in the auditorium for event staff.If needed, any other changes or notifications will be emailed to you.
