Description
We would like to develop a working relationship with a Ukrainian refugee experienced in farming. Coming from a major wheat growing area, we feel this could benefit both of us. English is a very high requirement for the safety of all involved.
Duties would be any farm related activities found on a crop and livestock operation including but not limited to:
Operating modern machinery: tractor, sprayer, combine, planters.
Maintenance of above equipment.
Farm building and property cleanup and maintenance.
Dirt work and conservation practices.
Excavator, dumptruck, construction equipment operation and maintenance.
Fence removal, replace and maintenance.
Cattle husbandry, feeding and checking along with vaccinations and other practices.
General upkeep including carpentry, metal work, welding, electrical and plumbing.
Possible employment for family members, and spouses also.
We can discuss housing and place to live in a friendly, small community with excellent schools, churches, and quality of life. We also raise alot of our own food.
Living and working here would be better than heading to a large city with your family and wondering how you will survive and stay safe.
Any assistance with your status as a refugee can be arranged.
We would like to have someone in place before harvest this summer. Immediate employment if you are ready to relocate and begin.
