DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — As of Sunday, the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD) reports 8,434 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus and 429 deaths. The numbers include 32 new cases since Saturday, again reflecting a decrease in daily new cases compared to recent weeks. County health officials said one coronavirus-related deaths was reported since Saturday. The DCHD did not include information about where those who died had been living or whether they had underlying conditions. They are: A man in his 80sThe news comes as cases in Illinois reach 132,543. The statewide death toll from coronavirus was at 6,308 as of Sunday, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health. According to the county's breakdown, the majority of cases have affected those between the ages of 40 and 70, but all age ranges had confirmed cases.
