LISLE, IL — The number of coronavirus cases in Lisle has increased by 8 percent in the past week, according to information from the DuPage County Health Department (DCHD). As of Sept. 16, the village had reported 270 total cases of the new coronavirus. Those numbers had increased to 303 as of Sept. 23. According to the DCHD website, there were no active coronavirus cases in Lisle as of Sept. 23. In nearby Naperville, the number of coronavirus cases had increased by 5 percent. As of Sept. 16, there had been 1,191 cases reported in Naperville. The total number of cases reported in Naperville as of Sept. 23 was 1,251.
