Hello I have a small company but enough equipment to go around. I trained ppl has no experience but maybe started the equipment moved it or did grade work for a little bit for other companies. I do residential houses in Middleton star eagle sometimes Nampa Caldwell depending ware my builders go. I do crawlers backfill put in 4” sewers 1 or 11/4 Polly plus conduit for Idaho power. We also prep what the prints say for houses to have concrete companies to pure. You are not just a labor in my book you are my eyes/ears and ppl should look at it as a art work when it’s completed. I rather train my ppl then hiring ppl has 6 to 20 years in doing this of bringing bad habits into my company. I know my jobs will be done and cleaned up by my train ppl.
