Looking to enjoy the practice of mindfulness in a nature setting while also getting fit? Interested in learning more about mindfulness, trail safety, and injury prevention? Join us for a mindful trail movement event that incorporates body awareness exercises and intentional practices to support a diverse range of abilities in the outdoors.
As guides and outdoor enthusiasts, we love to bring our passion for community building to all that we do. Together, let's lean into a celebration of the body while moving intentionally in nature! This special event is so much more than a fitness class. It's a workout for body, mind, and spirit!

And if you're unable to join us , but you'd like to support our efforts so that other women might be able to join, please consider using the Pay It Forward option to donate a registration for a woman who otherwise wouldn't be able to attend.

This event includes:
land acknowledgment, intention-setting, meditation, discussion about mindset, caring for the earth, gratitude, safe engagement on the trails, the importance of body-mind-spirit connection strength training/core/body balance session during which you'll learn how to use your core and glutes to support your body during sot that your body remains durable and injury-freebalance and lateral movements to activate glutes prior to exerciseshort hike infused with gratitude, intention, and body awarenessresistance band, a journal, and penCome away with a greater sense of connection and community as we move together!*This event is open to all women, cisgendered and trans.
