Description

Cake bakers and decorators impress guests and judges while raising money for Alzheimer’s Research. Cake bakers and decorators assemble theirs best offering of delicious and artistic cake representing Golden Book stories and characters. Contestants are grouped in three categories (master, intermediate, novice) with an additional categories for the kids (12 and under). Cakes will be judged on taste and artistic elements by expert bakers and local celebrities with a special prize selected by the audience, the Peoples Choice Award. Attendees will receive a program packed full of cake baking and decorating information and advertisements from sponsoring and participating businesses. Sponsorships are available varying levels along with donation opportunities. Program space is available ranging in size from 1/8th page (business card), 1/4 page, 1/2 page, full page and full page back or inside cover. This event is being hosted by the District 2 Royal Arch Masons with all proceeds going to the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeast Virginia.
