Hey guys, I need some help. This is King. He is the SWEETEST boy who loves cuddles, LONG walks, playing and ALL the foods. Him and his owner came to live with us suddenly three months ago after fleeing an abusive home. We were not prepare or wanting a second dog, however we could not leave him there in good conscience. The problem is, his owner isn’t in a position to take care of him the way he needs to as they are really struggling to care for themselves at this time and just all around not able to put in the work. It’s been several months and we have tried so many things to keep him stimulated, get him trained and exercised, but I am just not in a position to have another dog. I work full time, go to school, and I am currently recovering from surgery, it’s all I can do to care for my own dog and Kings owner. This situation sucks for everyone, and we have tried everything to make it work. This good boy needs a home we’re he can get the attention, exercise, and training he deserves. He’s just not living his best life here, and I really want him to really be able to thrive. I will be doing checks on those who are to make sure the home is the right fit, and there will be a rehoming fee (negotiable). He will come with his toys, food, and leashes. King is about 1.5 years old, a Boxer/shepherd mix. He’s not currently fixed, (hopefully as soon as we can afford it), he knows several commands, and is learning new ones. He loves the cat, loves babies and kids, cuddles, plays, loves other dogs, and thinks all laps are his laps. (Aussie in photos is not up for adoption)
