Press release from the Village of Lisle: Posted on: May 18, 2020 Main Street Pedestrian Bridge Replacement Work began on the replacement of the wooden pedestrian bridge located along Main Street near Riedy Place. The bridge has reached the end of its service life and will be replaced with a new wooden bridge. Daily lane closures on Main Street in the northbound lane, and sidewalk closures, will occur throughout the duration of the project which is tentatively scheduled to conclude on Friday, May 22nd.
