We are so excited to invite you to join us in the pristine woods of the beautiful The Woodland Resort for the cutest and most fun workout! We are so excited to invite you to join us in the pristine woods of the beautiful The Woodland Resort for the cutest and most fun workout around! Meet our sweet pygmy "kids" while they roam our yoga classes and even join you for a pose or two! Inhale in to relax and BREATHE in the beautiful Texas air then exhale out the laughter that is sure to follow with this activity! This is an experience you do not want to miss! Each class is an hour long, 45 minutes of an ashtanga yoga practice for beginners followed by 15 minutes of goat time. Partner poses, goat cuddles, or pictures with friends! Come for the goats and stay for the weekend by calling 281.364.6250 and reserve your family’s room. Class are located behind the restaurant Back Table across from the 18th hole. Valet is available for $10 tell them you are with Goat Yoga Houston, or public parking is free. Please arrive on time as parking can be difficult. Masks are not required and are a personal choice. Please check yourself for symptoms of any sickness before coming to class. If there is rain, we will cancel the class and offer everyone a credit through eventbrite with the ability to reschedule for one of our other dates! Goats get sick if wet, so we must do that for the animal's safety. *Goat Yoga is not suitable for smaller children or children under the age of 9. Parents are responsible for children are required to always supervise and watch children. ~Ultimately all guests participate at their own risk ~ Classes start on time, please arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in. ~All guests are REQUIRED to sign a liability waiver before participating. ~We have yoga mats for rent for $5, so if you have a mat and would like to bring your own please do. Guests of The Woodlands Resort will receive mats for no charge. Please ask the Resort for the Promo Code. ~Please bring your own water, bugspray, sunscreen or anything else you may think you need etc as we normally have them on hand but cannot guarantee them. ~Class is held Outside, so please don’t wear your fanciest clothing!
