Learn what blockages must be healing within. During this guided meditation class, Shaman will be teaching you what it means to surrender in order to heal within. This class is focused on helping you identify your blockages and help you through energy healing. Shaman will lead you in a singing bowl meditation where many will receive guidance from their guardian angels and/or spirit guides. Shaman will be joining you remotely on screen where you will see her and communicate with her as well.
