REQUIREMENTS: paid RESIDENTIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE, your own car, active DL, SSN, bank account, cell phone, English (we do not speak Spanish), permission to work in the US. Ability to pass background check and a drug test (we don't care about weed, just heavy drugs), ability to move fast, clean on hands and knees if needed, lift 25 lb, etc. Realistically judge your current physical shape. You will be on your feet 6-8 hours a day. A lot of bending and squatting, wiping baseboards on your hands and knees, bending over beds and tubs, picking up toys from the floor, moving 25 lb vacuum up and down the stairs etc. If you can't run a mile, this job probably not a good fit at the moment. PAY: Starting pay: $15/per hour during training period. After training, we pay % per each house. Average $650-750 a week. Work Mn-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday. Work hours 8-5 OR 9 to 6. Your choice. This is a W-2 position and paid bi-weekly by direct deposit. This is NOT a cash job. Performance/attendance bonuses, paid mileage between accounts, uniform and all supplies provided. WHAT A TYPICAL WORK DAY LOOKS LIKE: You will keep supplies (vacuum, mop, bucket, cleaning caddy etc) in your trunk/garage etc. You will work alone, not in a team. You will have a scheduling app on your phone. Each day you will log in and see the houses assigned to you for that day. Regular work hours Mn-Fr, 8-5. You will drive your own car from your own house directly to the 1st house of the day. You will be working in houses with surveillance cameras, you have to be ok with that. You will dust, vacuum and mop floors, scrub showers and ovens, removing trash, picking up toys, changing bed sheets, vacuuming stairs, using 3 step ladder to remove cobwebs, get on your knees to clean baseboards etc. We have a zero tolerance against "no call no show" situations.
