Ramadan Bazaar - Vendor Sign Up (Dallas) ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ! We're so glad to be able to offer the community this exciting Ramadan Bazaar and can't wait for you to be a part of it as a vendor! Please read through the information listed below as it applies to you, the vendor. General Information Vendor check-in begins at 7AM and booths should be set up by no later than 10AM. Takedown will occur immediately after the bazaar ends starting around 7:30PM and must be completed by no later than 10PMOn top of paying a Vendor Booth Fee, all vendors will be charged 10% of Sales Revenue.Vendors must provide OMU, in advance, the names of those individuals (employees, staff, volunteers, etc.) who will be staffing the booth(s).Up to 3 staff are allowed per vendor without having to purchase tickets. Any vendors that show up past 10AM will pay a $50 late setup fee.Bazaar will be open for consumers from 11AM to 7PM local time.All product(s) must fit within your allocated booth space (10' x 10').Vendors are responsible for staffing their table throughout the event. Vendors are responsible for cleanup and removal of merchandise. All fees (and tickets) are non-refundable.1 Table & 2 Chairs will be provided.OMU will not be held responsible for losses, including but not limited to the following:Merchandise or any display items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in any way.Personal injury to the customer or vendor during setup, cleanup, or during bazaar hours.I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms of One Muslim Ummah's policy regarding their Ramadan Bazaar for the 2022 Calendar Year. Should I commit any violation or in any way misuse my access to OMU's Ramadan Bazaar, I understand and agree that my vendor status may be revoked and I will have to pay a terms violation fee equivalent to the Tier Ticket that I purchase (i.e. Tier 1 Vendors will pay $550). Purchase of a vendor ticket will be recognized as the vendor's electronic signature.
