This workshop is for both the practitioner & any instructor needing CEC’s for YA, all levels welcomed! We will explore how to get into arm balances safely and will have props and modifications as well!
Are you intrigued by those arm balances we include sometimes in our Yoga Flow classes but want to learn them at a slower pace with more individualized attention? This is the workshop for you! We will explore Flying Lizard, Forearm Stand, Crow & Eight Angle just to name a few.
Betty Garcia will be leading this workshop, she has been practicing yoga since 2015. Betty holds E-RYT 200, RYT 500 and YACEP credentials and is also certified in sculpt, barre, and cycle. She also believes one never stops learning and growing which makes this class perfect for anyone and practitioners of all levels! Her favorite part of being a teacher is seeing how students evolve not just in their physical practice but also mentally and spiritually as well. Yoga is truly an instrument of transformation. Join us to learn more about balancing on your arms in a safe and supported environment! Certificates will be emailed after the workshop for those needing CEC.
