Hello, I have a small condo about 890 sqft in Lake Havasu City that requires Interior Painting for the walls, baseboard, ceiling, doors and trims. I'll pay $800. You bring brushes, floor covers. I will buy the paint required. I'll pay cash: half paid before on-site, and half paid after the job is completed. The painting must be done in a day's time. I will be monitoring the painting during the day. This will be for March 25-27, 2022. Any one of the 3 days works. This may turn into other handyperson jobs such as locksmith, plumbing, electrical, furniture fixing, and even, cleaning. Long-term contract work could be secured.
