One Day Silent Retreat
One day of silence can help you access the purity of the present moment. Lost in our thoughts, we often move autonomously through our daily tasks. This is called survival. Allowing your body to build the skill and strength to fully digest the present moment can help regulate your nervous system and improve your overall health.
Silent retreats have been proven to increase focus, open clarity to the mind and sharpen intuition.
Studies have shown that silence, rather than music or white noise, promoted new cell development in the hippocampus. This area of the brain is associated with memory formation and sensory perception.
One day of introspective yoga, breathwork, meditation, silent reflection and partner exercises offers the perfect opportunity to replenish your energy and restore harmony within.
An infrared heated sauna on-site welcomes you at any time. Choose your schedule and take a break. This day is for you. Entrance to the retreat includes a juice cleanse and light meal at the end of the day. Please prepare by lightening your intake the day before!

Soul of the Land Wellness Retreat Center is home to meditation trails, ceremonial fire pits, a pool, hot tub, yurt, sauna, yoga studio surrounded by the sights and sounds of Southern California wildlife.
