Receive the support of a very experienced teacher while learning the essential elements of yoga- breathwork, meditation, asana, and relaxation techniques. This 4-week series is for beginning students, folks recovering from injury or illness, or athletes who want to stretch. You will master basic seated, standing, and supine poses and your teacher will be ready for suggestions for individual modifications. Because of the small class size, expect lots of personal attention and enthusiastic support.
