Experienced guitar player/singer looking to join a band or put together a solid cover band to gig around the area. * Looking for a band in need of a soulful lead singer/versatile guitarist, able to instantly switch from acoustic to electric guitar tones. * Or looking for bass guitar and a drummer with good meter. Can work as a trio with the right players (some advantages), but I'm also open to additional lead guitar, keys or even possibly a great dedicated lead singer since I often sing in a raspy/gutsy style that can take a toll on a long night. I'm all about the best band we can offer. * Age or sex doesn't matter, but I'm a 50's day job professional, (young-ish guy, not fat or bald...yet...unless they're lying...) with pro gear and sound, serious about my music on the side. * Looking to play popular rock/modern country variety covers with a professional approach that keeps us hired and known. Sing-along anthems and dance-able stuff preferred, doesn't have to be complicated to go over well. I've played hundreds, but I'm flexible and open depending on what plays best there. * Members will need to be steadily available for at least one specific evening each week for rehearsals until up and running, which can be fairly quick. * Strongly prefer experienced gigging/band folks THAT WANT TO STAY TOGETHER AND STABLE FOR YEARS to avoid the constant starting over with new members due to drama, unreliability, showing up unprepared (home is practice, band is rehearsal), interfering issues (excessive vices, non-supportive spouse, transportation etc). * This can be fun, loose and satisfying in multiple ways, especially financially.
