Senior retiree with excellent resume and serious success history seeks entrepreneurs. My specific skills and experience include (but aren't limited to): ** Startup pre-planning (incl feasibility studies) ** Business organization/structure ** Business planning ** Funding (incl not-for-profit) ** Market research ** Financial modeling ** Research ** Intellectual property (incl patents, trademarks, copyrights, domains) ** Contract management ** Project planning and management (incl software tools) ** Leadership TERMS & CONDITIONS ** My immediate compensation will be zero, but I will receive options to purchase equity if/when the project achieves success. ** If I'm to get involved, we will define "success" and quantify options as part of my engagement agreement.
