Restore in Vinings hosts Kika Stretch Vinings: Free Workshop Restore Hyper Wellness in Vinings is excited to partner with Kika Strech Vinings to bring a free workshop to the community! They will lead participants through a series fo stretches and discuss the importance of stretching both independently and with the assistance of a speciality trained coach! Participants should bring a yoga mat or blanket for floor stretches. *All participants will be required to sign a waiver for event. We will also have fun giveaways and raffles for attendees.
